TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

You or your college  are responsible for your travel  arrangements and expenses to and from the Baytown, Texas area. However, ground arrangements will be made to bring you to the Baytown area if you fly into Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental airport during certain time slots.

If you are flying into Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental airport on Wednesday evening between 5:00 and 9:30 p.m. we will make arrangements to have you picked up. After picking up your luggage on the ground floor, exit the door “Passenger Pickup” on this level and wait by the curb.

Upon arrival at the curb, please wear the enclosed nametag for this will help to identify you to those who will be picking you up. Look for a white Lee College vehicle (probably a van).

Throughout the workshop, Lee College will provide transportation between the hotel and the college.

Departures on Saturday evening should NOT be scheduled before 7:00 p.m. in order to provide enough time to get to the airport after the workshop ends. Sunday morning departures should be scheduled between 9:00 and 11:30 a.m. We need to leave the hotel 2 1/2 hours prior to departure, so please make your arrangements and plan accordingly. If you are departing during these times, arrangements will be made to take you to the airport.

Note:  Please call (281-425-6522) if your flight is delayed.
